30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements, ingestible products, or personal care items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@getvynsera.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at support@getvynsera.com. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Opened or used personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, where permitted by law

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to request an approved return for the original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@getvynsera.com.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification, subject to applicable law.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
